Charming decor adds to the experience.
I found my stay quite disappointing. The breakfast was incredibly bland, not matching the atmosphere I expected. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room barely worked, making it feel uncomfortably warm. To add to my frustration, my requests for an early check-in were met with unhelpfulness from the front desk.

great downtown spot for walking and dining adventures
After spending two nights in a comfortable room, I loved how the hotel offered easy access to the Oregon Film Museum, which was only a short stroll away, and the vibrant local dining scene with delicious spots like T Paul's Urban Cafe just minutes away, making my weekend strolls truly enjoyable and filled with great finds.

Rich woodwork enhances the experience, but the fridge’s high-pitched noise was bothersome.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room and the bed was huge and super comfy. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. The room felt a bit small, but didn't notice much since it was stylish and well-decorated. Cleanliness was on point too. Just missing a mini fridge, which was odd. Also, parking was kind of tricky at times.

During my stay, I was amazed by the rooftop garden view, which quickly became my favorite spot to relax after exploring Astoria. The clean and updated room added to the charm of the place, making it a special experience. I also appreciated the convenient location, allowing easy access to various dining and shopping options nearby. My only complaint was the difficulty of opening the front door with luggage in hand, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I loved the charm of the Elliott. The decor felt unique and inviting. The heated bathroom floors were a fantastic touch. Enjoyed the rooftop deck with stunning views of the waterfront. Breakfast had a good variety, though the eggs were cold on the first day. The location is perfect, walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. It didn't work as expected, which made the nights quite warm. Also, the parking situation could be tricky at times, though there was street parking nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few hiccups I hope they can address.

The rooftop garden had amazing views of the river and the town. Our room was clean and cozy, with a mini fridge and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was delightful, offering fresh pastries and gluten-free options. The location made it super easy to walk to local shops and eateries. There’s a gym too for a quick workout.

We had an amazing group trip! Exploring the 54-foot tall waterfall and the trails around Coffenbury Lake was a highlight, along with the friendly staff helping us navigate downtown. The breakfast offered was just what we needed each morning.
What I didn't like was that the front door was difficult to open. It was a challenge when lugging our suitcases around.
